By closely working with the Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies team, Benzhor Group has transformed an outdated web channel into an informative and easy-to-use responsive web experience, increasing business sales, reducing cost to serve, and improving the way customers and channel partners interact with PMT websites.
SITUATION
The Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) division of Honeywell was facing a challenge - their websites were outdated, hard to navigate, difficult to update and often frustrating to users. The websites were more of an impediment than a driver for business goals. PMT needed help building an effective web development process to create an online presence that brought value to its internal and external audiences. Working with a lean team, the company did not have the resources to hire a large web agency and looked to Benzhor to get them on the right track.
SOLUTION
Since 2010, Benzhor Group has joined forces with PMT as a cost effective way to point Digital Marketing in the right direction. Rather than offering a one size fits all solution, we prefer to fully understand the businesses we work with, including their products and technologies, growth strategies, and business goals. We demonstrate how appropriate digital tools could support the business strategies and quantitatively measure success.
Partnering with internal teams and authorized vendors, Benzhor Group completes the front end work for each project, including Voice of Customer marketing research, developing the web channel strategy, writing and optimizing content, creating multimedia content, defining digital marketing programs, creating and implementing SEO strategy, producing sites while working with the internal PMT IT department, and preparing senior management presentations. We collaborate with business leaders and the communications team to make sure the content accurately reflects the voice of the business/company.

In the past 4+ years, we've helped Honeywell PMT develop and launch a streamlined web channel with more than 50 new digital properties.
